In Parent Support sessions we will:

Work from a nervous-system-informed lens.
We focus on understanding how stress, attachment, and past experiences shape regulation, behavior, and connection within the family system.

Begin where support is most effective.
Many families start with parent sessions or individual support for a child or teen, allowing space to build insight, skills, and emotional safety.

Include family sessions when appropriate.
As regulation and trust grow, family sessions may be introduced thoughtfully to strengthen connection, communication, and repair.
