In Transforming Touch® Sessions in Hopkins, Minnesota we will:

Arriving, orienting, and settling
We begin by checking in and creating a sense of safety. You’ll remain fully clothed and lie down comfortably on a massage table while your nervous system has time to settle and orient.

Gentle, attuned touch
With your permission, light, supportive touch is offered to specific areas of the body to support nervous system regulation. This work is quiet, gentle, and paced to what your body can tolerate.

Integration and closing
Time is taken to notice and integrate any shifts in sensation, calm, or awareness. Sessions end with grounding so you leave feeling supported and oriented.

Curious About Transforming Touch® in Hopkins, Minnesota?

Transforming Touch®, also known as TEB, is one of the primary nervous system approaches I offer. This gentle, body-based therapy can be especially supportive for birth trauma, developmental trauma, and lived trauma that continue to influence how the nervous system responds to stress and connection.

Q&A
  • The somatic approaches that I offer focus on the body and nervous system, not just thoughts or insight. Rather than processing experiences through words alone, this work supports healing through sensation, safety, and regulation—where many stress and trauma patterns are held.

  • Somatic appraoches are body-based approach to mental health that helps address how stress and trauma are stored in the nervous system. It can support individuals experiencing:

    • Depression and emotional numbness

    • Chronic stress and burnout
